Operations Analyst (Impulse)

The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Liana, Operations Manager at Impulse, we’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team of superstars. Together, we’ll be shaping the growth of Impulse — driving user acquisition for our web funnels, the fastest-growing and most high-impact stream in Impulse. Today, our operations team is also a key contributor to Headway Inc.'s global achievements. So we are seeking someone who is passionate about optimising processes, exploring new tools, and helping teams work more efficiently — someone who enjoys combining research, documentation, and a bit of analytics to make a real impact.

• Analyse workflows and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate on process improvements, automation, and operational strategies.
• Conduct surveys and analyses to gather insights and support decision-making.
• Research and test new tools, software, and AI solutions for marketing and operations.
• Manage documentation, system access, and ensure process compliance.
• Provide daily operational support to keep workflows running smoothly.

• 1+ years in operations, analytics, or process management.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate clearly across teams.
• Solid understanding of business operations, process mapping, and performance measurement.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who learns fast.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Hands-on experience optimising processes and driving operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with Notion, FigJam, and vibe coding.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and AI, with eagerness to explore new solutions.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid option. It means that we will prefer you to attend office 2-3 times per week.
