We are seeking a proactive and versatile Junior Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day client operations, reputation management, and influencer marketing coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Client Success: Manage and respond to all high-level customer support requests via Slack, ensuring rapid, professional, and clear communication regarding platform issues and services.
- Reputation Architecture: Monitor and manage public feedback on platforms like Trustpilot. Formulate strategic responses to enhance the firm's online reputation and coordinate the internal drive to maintain a 5-star rating.
- Influencer Marketing Operations: Research, map out, and reach out to new influencers and content creators within the trading, crypto, and finance spaces to support marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Data Analytics: Track the performance of ongoing influencer campaigns, compile regular reports, and deliver operational insights to internal teams.
- Executive Leadership Support: Act as a reliable right-hand to the leadership team, assisting with administrative tasks, internal workflow auditing, and various ad-hoc operational projects.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in operations, customer success, account management, or executive support roles.
- Industry Alignment: Prior experience or a strong understanding of Finance, Fintech, Cryptocurrencies, or Proprietary Trading is a massive plus.
- Linguistic Skill: Elite written and verbal English communication skills (essential for high-stakes corporate support and public reputation management).
- Tech Stack Mastery: Highly proficient with Slack, Google Workspace (especially advanced Sheets), Notion, and modern CRM tracking systems.
