- Communication flow with external providers: Security, Installation, Transportation, CIT companies etc.
- Provision of local support to Euronet's centralized Operations functions
- Support in project management, testing and implementation
- Support in documentation and manual preparation, in SLA monitoring and ensuring its reflection in invoice reductions
- Support in developing strategies towards ATM availability improvement and failure avoidance
- Maintenance of the ATM inventory and installation sites in dedicated systems
- Site surveys and related documentation management to prepare site documentation, taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between the local management team and full suppliers chain involved in site preparation
- Coordination of internal Euronet resources to resolve potential incidents
- Fresh graduate from a technical-oriented institute
- Experience in Operations, Information Technology or Technical Help Desk functions (eg. help desk services, customer care for large companies, back-office services for operational and technical support) will be considered as a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and good knowledge of relational databases and data analysis tools
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Valid category B driving license
