As we continue our growth, we are looking for a new member to join our community. The role of Junior Operations Analyst requires professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure success. Candidates need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good computer literacy. The role requires someone who is hardworking and self-motivated with the confidence and ambition to deliver success to both themselves and the group.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support (data entry).
- Obtain energy data from various data sources such as suppliers, and data collectors.
- Collect, sort, and provide data to other analysts for their respective.
- Daily usage of the systems and tools.
- Understand the structure of invoices.
- Review invoices for accuracy and raise and resolve errors with suppliers supported by a senior colleagues.
- Perform energy data analyses and invoice validation reports supported by a senior colleagues.
- Perform budget reports together with a senior colleagues.
- Communicating with suppliers via email and phone as and when required in supplier/client local language (if language barrier exists).
- Execute additional responsibilities and tasks requested by the line manager.
Experience and Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian – Essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages – Essential
- Good Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) skills
- Strong mathematics and analytics knowledge
- Organized
- Keen eye for detail
- Problem solver
- Proactive and hard working
- Accountable
- Flexible and self-motivated
- University diploma - desirable, but not required
