Our company is growing and seeking a capable and responsible team member to support daily business operations and office administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with our management team.
Location:
Our office is located in the center of Thessaloniki and we have a remote-friendly policy (working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home per week)!
Responsibilities:
Handle office supplies, maintain organization, and coordinate with external service providers.
Assist in the preparation and recording of financial transactions.
Collection and verifying company expenses and invoices.
Assist in back-office financial tasks.
Organize files, and assist in archiving essential documents.
Required Qualifications:
Familiarity with Excel
Knowledge of accounting software from Softone will be considered as plus
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English language.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of business administration and procurement.
