Our Quality Assurance Team is looking for a passionate Junior Mobile Quality Assurance Specialist (Manual Tester) who can inspire the people around them. About the job:
The hierarchy in our organization is flat. That means we do things “bottom-up”- there’s no need to go through layers of management to solve a simple issue.

Depending on the project, your team contains other QA Specialist, iOS and Android platform developers, a Designer and a Scrum Master. Usually, a team sits in one room (there’s no open space!), which makes for excellent cooperation. Currently, we have moved to a hybrid way of work: partly remote or at the office (you choose what is most convenient to you). We work in Scrum with 1-2 week sprints (depending on the project), but we use it as a framework, not a process, meaning we adjust it to fit a project’s needs. As a QA Team, we try not to do Agile, but be agile. We keep our product backlogs in Jira and our documentation in Confluence. We also use Google Suite, Trello and Slack.

We have QA groups that dedicate two hours a week to self-development. If you want to attend iOS, Android, Flutter or web team meetings, you can do so. We also do joint meetings from time to time if we want to discuss general topics - both technical and non-technical issues.'

• Working with an experienced team that includes designers, scrum & product managers, software developers and QAs
• Participate in mobile product ideation and conceptual development using an iterative, user-centered design process
• Participate in product design discussions and come up with testing requirements and formulate them into test plans/test cases
• Identifying software problems, determining steps to reproduce them, and entering them into a problem-tracking database

We want you on board if you have:

• Knowledge of newest trends in mobile technology and mobile QA
• Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms and applications
• Experience in testing methodologies, test plans and test cases development
• Strong communication skills, is self-motivated and able to work in a team oriented environment
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish

Extra points for:

• Basic knowledge of dev tools (terminal, ADB, Postman etc.)
• Hands-on experience with mobile QA tools
• Knowledge of Android Studio and/or XCode
• Experience in using error logs
• Knowledge of Charles Proxy, Proxyman etc.
• Experience in GIT
