Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to oversee the administration, support, and security of enrolled mobile devices across iOS, Android, and ChromeOS platforms. This role involves managing WorkspaceONE MDM, providing technical support, ensuring compliance, and working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain and enhance mobile device infrastructure.
Responsibilities

MDM Management & Support:
-
Assist in mobile device enrollment, policy enforcement, and compliance tracking.

Provide Level 1 to Level 2 support for MDM-related requests and incidents.

Help manage device security features, including remote wipe, lock/unlock, and compliance enforcement.

Assist in publishing applications and managing the App Catalog in WorkspaceONE MDM.

Generate basic reports on MDM performance and device compliance.

Infrastructure & Configuration Management:
-
Support on-premise WorkspaceONE MDM infrastructure maintenance (log reviews, updates).

Assist in user account and role-based access management.
-
Help renew and maintain APNS certificates for iOS device management.

Participate in MDM policy updates and new feature rollouts.

Mobile Application Management:
-
Assist in publishing and configuring mobile applications in the MDM platform.

Work with senior engineers to ensure apps meet security and compliance requirements.

End User & Technical Support:
-
Document and maintain EMM support procedures.

Assist end users in registering devices to the MDM platform and troubleshooting issues.

Act as a point of contact for basic MDM-related troubleshooting.

Generate reports and assist in trend analysis for MDM operations.

Additional Responsibilities (MobileIron MDM):

Support Chrome URL whitelisting for Android tablets.

Assist in generating QR codes for Android device deployments.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
-
To be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a willingness to work on-site three days per week.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
-
1 to 3 year of experience in IT support, endpoint management, or MDM administration.

Basic experience with WorkspaceONE MDM, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune is a plus.

Familiarity with iOS, Android, and ChromeOS device management.

Understanding of basic security policies, compliance enforcement, and user access management.

Interest in learning mobile application publishing and security enforcement.

Strong communication skills and eagerness to work with cross-functional teams.
