We are seeking a dedicated junior to mid-level Solutions Engineer to join our team and support our cybersecurity red/blue teaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating enterprise systems, data manipulation skills in Python, and a solid understanding of REST APIs. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills in English, with additional Arabic/Asian/European languages as a bonus. Please share relevant GitHub or equivalent project code to demonstrate technical proficiency if available. 

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design and implement cybersecurity solutions for clients. 

• Assist in the integration of our solutions with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance. 

• Write and maintain simple scripts to automate tasks and enhance system functionality. 

• Utilize tools such as Postman and curl for API testing and debugging of failed requests. 

• Conduct thorough analysis and actively communicate with clients to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues 

• Provide internal and external technical support and training to clients as needed. 

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, leveraging technical knowledge and internal resources. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• 1 to 5 years of proven experience in the integration of enterprise systems 

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and script writing. 

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to “think on your feet” 

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience with tools like Postman and curl. Experience in WebSocket a plus. 

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is a plus. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Python, Postman, cURL or equivalent, data validation 

• Linux server commands and managing a server instance with IP firewall configuration 

• Basic knowledge of server infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), database SQL queries, system architecture and prompt / GenAI / LLM 

• Helpful to know: AWS, Azure, Docker, requests, websockets, pytest, NumPy, DRF, pydantic
