Junior Media Buyer (Promin Agency)

Promin agency specializes in advertising products and solving business challenges for various projects within the Flyer One Ventures and Genesis ecosystems. We operate within a dynamic business community with significant potential for scaling to external markets.

We're now looking for a Junior Media Buyer to run Meta ad campaigns across diverse industries and contribute to business growth by working with cross-functional experts.

What you'll do:

• Develop, manage, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
• Plan and launch paid media initiatives that drive growth, while ensuring alignment with budget goals.
• Oversee large-scale advertising budgets, ensuring efficient and strategic media spend.
• Explore and test new advertising channels, tools, and technologies.
• Analyze campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and propose clear next steps for optimization.
• Track and report on key performance metrics including budget pacing, LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI.
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, campaign goals, and UX elements to maximize results.

Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in a product-based company.
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
• A strong understanding of performance metrics like CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL, and how to improve ROAS, not just talk about it. :)
• Solid background in optimizing CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, along with practical skills in funnel analysis and A/B testing.
• English at B2 level or higher — both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills: you can clearly explain your thinking and back it up with numbers.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure, handle objections, and confidently navigate challenging conversations.
• A builder’s mindset — you enjoy launching from scratch, iterating fast, and scaling what works.
