Junior Marketing Project Manager - E-commerce (Vilnius/Hybrid)

Reporting directly to the Head of Brands, you'll join the team behind one of the company’s main brands, positioned in the supplement market, supporting the day-to-day execution that keeps the brand running and growing - reporting, coordination, and hands-on project work across marketing, operations, and customer service.

This is a genuine learning-by-doing role. You'll work closely with and be mentored directly by the Head of Brands, with visibility into how a real e-commerce brand's numbers, funnels, and teams actually work - not a siloed task list. As you build judgment and take on more, your scope grows with you. Strong performers move toward greater ownership over time, at a pace that reflects what you're ready for rather than a fixed timeline.

• Pull performance data across departments and channels and dig into what's behind it, so problems get caught early
• Track competitor offers, pricing, and positioning, and put together clear overviews of what's working and what's worth testing
• As you build judgment, use AI tools to turn what you're seeing - in our data and in the market - into actual landing pages and funnel tests.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across departments so nothing falls through the cracks
• Maintain meeting notes and process docs so decisions don't get lost or relitigated

• 1–2 years of experience in an agency (account management/coordination) or in-house DTC/e-commerce marketing — you already know how to work with data and juggle multiple moving pieces
• Sharp with numbers — comfortable in spreadsheets, quick to notice when something doesn't add up
• Organized by nature — keeps things documented, on track, and moving without being chased
• Curious beyond your own lane — into market trends, competitor moves, and the "why" behind a number
• Ambitious — want to build toward real ownership over time, not just complete tasks
• A plus: hands-on experience with AI tools or a basic sense of funnel/CRO logic
• A plus: entrepreneurial background — your own project, side hustle, or small business, even briefly

Salary: €2,200 – 2,800 / month gross (open to discussion based on your skills and experience)
