Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the success of diverse marketing campaigns. The Junior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with senior team members to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
