Job Description
As a Junior Market Research Analyst, you will be involved in a variety of activities with a goal to make our products simply better. Omio needs a detail-oriented Junior Market Research Analyst with strong analytical skills to focus on the weekly monitoring and analysis of our key ferry routes. You will be helping us monitor, analyze, and improve the overall performance of the ferry industry.
Cross-functional role, interacting with people in many different roles across the company - product managers, software developers, and commercial teams located mostly in Berlin and Prague.
Qualifications
To thrive in this position and have fun, you should recognize yourself in the following profile, at least partially:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.

Knowledge of the ferry/travel industry is preferred.

Passionate and avid traveler, giving you great insight into our customer needs when booking a Ferry ticket.

You are a great communicator, fluent in spoken and written English, additionally, Spanish and/or Italian would be a massive advantage given our growth in these key business areas.

Confident, with the ability to work cross-functionally with the wider business.

Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail is crucial.

Ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ferry category and regularly assess and report on the performance.

You have a great understanding of how to gather, interpret, and report the findings of your data.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improving router performance and the customer journey across Omio.

You are able to collaborate with the marketing and strategic planning teams to support decision-making processes.

Practical experience with software testing is recommended, as well as experience working with issue management tools like JIRA.
