Motorola Solutions builds software that enables critical communication worldwide. In our Kraków office, we develop the Motorola Device Management software, which helps our customers keep their radio fleets operational. Our clients include police, military, navy, hospitals, airports, and more, so ensuring the highest software quality is essential.
Job Description

This role involves hands-on manual testing in our lab using real devices, along with creating and maintaining manual test cases and documentation in TestRail. Focused primarily on manual testing of on-premises applications, it offers a valuable opportunity to start learning test automation. You will assist in using modern AI tools to help convert manual tests into automated ones and support automation efforts. Collaboration with QA team members and developers to understand application functionality and report defects clearly is key. A strong willingness to learn automation using Python or similar languages is expected.


Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field 

  • At least 1 year of experience in manual testing of desktop application, test case creation, and test management tools like TestRail

  • Familiarity with software development life cycle and QA best practices

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Willingness to learn automation tools and scripting languages

  • Availability to work at least 3 days in the office

  • Basic understanding of virtualization and network configuration in lab environments

Nice-to-Have:

  • Initial exposure to Python or another scripting language

  • Knowledge of automation tools like Robot Framework

  • ISTQB certification or similar qualification

  • Experience in testing web applications

  • Experience with AI tools
