- at our office in Basel
- sometimes on our customer's premises
Your Area of Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our senior consultants, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Support clients in lab digitalization, automation and computer system validation projects according to their needs
- Participate in versatile international projects
Your Qualification & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor or Master degree in either Biology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry or another life sciences discipline (or other professional education in this field)
- A thirst for knowledge to understand laboratory informatics solutions is important
Professional Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of practical experience in the pharma industry or academic institutions, ideally in supporting lab information solutions
- Able to understand the lab processes and preferably exposure in a GxP environment
- Hands-on personality, including flexibility and dedication
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Sound communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory and either sound French or German skills (in writing and speaking)
- Excellent planning, organization, time management skills as well as willingness to take initiative
- Demonstrated diplomacy in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail; proven ability to successfully handle conflicting priorities
- Open to travelling 20-25%/year (within Europe)
