Join our team as a Junior Legal Employment Specialist, where you'll dive into a world of documents and labor legislation. From arranging existing paperwork to crafting internal policies, you'll play a vital role in maintaining proper documentation for employee matters. With this opportunity, you can develop your expertise, take more challenges in labor law, and work alongside a dynamic awesome team.
In this role, you will:

  • Organize and maintain existing employment documents efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, termination, job transfers, and changes in work conditions or responsibilities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies, regulations, and job instructions.
  • Prepare references/certificates upon employees' requests.
  • Assist in keeping military records.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Skills you'll need to bring:

  • Proficiency in document management: Demonstrated ability to efficiently handle and organize a large volume of legal documentation.
  • Compliance expertise: Familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure proper documentation procedures and adherence to legal requirements throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in maintaining legal documentation, avoiding errors or omissions that could have legal implications.
  • Result-oriented mindset: Proven track record of achieving desired outcomes in legal employment matters.
  • Client-oriented approach: Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, guide them on legal employment matters, and deliver solutions that align with their objectives.
