The Role

A Junior Key Account Manager will be responsible to support small to medium sized accounts that may or may not be directly assigned to a KAM. Jr. KAM will be expected to handle operational tasks, storefront maintenance and most of the internal cross functional tasks with: Content, Customer Service and/or Fulfillment if applicable. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
  • Responsible for product listings and pricing submission.
  • Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (KAM, Content, Customer Service)
  • Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales.

Who are we looking for – the ideal candidate:

  • University degree
  • Good command of English (reading/writing/speaking/listening)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and drive to optimize
  • Good analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person.
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Previous Ecommerce experience is a strong plus.
