Måndag till fredag (40 timmar per vecka)

Om rollen
Som jurist hos oss ansvarar du för din egen klientportfölj där utländska koncerner vill etablera sig i Sverige. Du kommer att tillsammans med dina kollegor koordinera och leda den formella delen av klienternas lokala verksamhet som kan innebära allt från upprättande av klientbolagens handlingar till övergripande styrelsearbete. Som jurist hos oss blir man expert på bolagsadministration och kan ena dagen arbeta med upprättande och granskning av protokoll och diverse bolagshandlingar, nästa dag verkställa utdelningar, fusioner eller kapitaltillskott och veckan efter delta i styrelsemöten.
Du jobbar tätt med advokater, revisorer och skatterådgivare från alla världens hörn där rådgivarna tillhandahåller den legala rådgivningen och du implementerar och administrerar det som behövs för den löpande förvaltningen av bolaget. Där rådgivare klassiskt sett involverar sig i enskilda transaktioner så följer CSC bolagen löpande under dess livstid. Vad utländska koncerner behöver vid etablering i Sverige kan skilja sig åt från fall till fall vilket innebär att vi skräddarsyr lösningar efter behov.
Vem är du?
Som person uppskattar du att arbeta i en internationell miljö, är driven, trivs med ett stundtals högt tempo, är initiativtagande och tycker om att samarbeta med ditt team samtidigt som du är självgående när det behövs. Du har även;

• Erfarenhet eller intresse för t.ex bolags-, fastighets- eller skatterätt
• Utbildning/examen inom juridik
• Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Gärna kunskaper i ytterligare språk
• Goda kunskaper i företagsekonomi eller arbete för klient/som konsult är meriterande
