Junior Java Developer for IAM Team (Malaga) - SCIB

Country: Spain

SCIB CISO is looking for a Junior Java Developer for IAM Team based in our Malaga office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Junior Java Developer, you will be part of the team that develops, maintains an evolves an in-house IAM Software that helps managing the Authorization of several other applications used both by employees and SCIB Clients. You will be both developing new software and new infrastructure as well as maintaining the existing one and assisting on the configuration of the engine needed to service every app.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Design and Develop new functionalities for the Authorization Engine.

  • Deploy, Manage and Maintain the core software and its infrastructure.

  • Explore, Design and develop new pieces of software that connect our IAM Authorization Software to new technologies.

  • Configure the Authorization Model designed to manage the applications onboarded in our Software.

  • Assist the “Integration & Discovery” teams during the design of the Authorization Model.

  • Help complying with Audit and SCIB’s internal security requirements.

  • Assist during stress tests, Disaster Recoveries and other test.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years of experience in development teams.

EDUCATION

  • Graduate/Licentiate/Master in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar education.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • String experience in development teams using Java (microservices architecture, APIs), Spring Boot, Maven, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Stream, Javascript, SQL & Oracle databases, Framework testing (Postman).

  • Front-end web with Angular, VUE or Node.js etc.

  • Continuous Integration Experience: Github, Jenkins, UrbanCode.

  • APIs knowledge (REST & Open API, software design patterns).

  • Cloud Computing Infrastructure Knowledge (Openshift, Kubernetes, AWS).

  • Agile Tools Experience: Jira, Kanban, Confluence.

  • B2 English and fluency Spanish.

OTHER INFORMATION

Other knowledge in cybersecurity will be valued:

  • DevSecOps skill (Secure Software Development Life Cycle, Security in DevOps Processes etc.)

  • Cybersecurity knowledge and certification.
