At Sana Commerce, we're looking for an IT Support Specialist to work with our global team in providing top-notch internal technical support and help our operations keep running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:
- Respond to user tickets for common hardware and software issues while maintaining SLA standards.
- Handle equipment requests, basic installations, and hardware inventory tracking.
- Support colleagues with Office365, Teams, SharePoint, and other daily applications.
- Assist with daily system checks and report issues to senior team members.
- Help maintain IT procedures, documentation and user guides.
- Work closely with the Global IT Operations team and senior staff.
What you'll bring:
- Technical, Technologist or Bachelors degree and 1+ years of relevant experience;
- Genuine interest in IT with strong motivation to learn and grow;
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills;
- Basic Windows troubleshooting knowledge;
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
- Some hands-on experience with computer hardware troubleshooting;
- Familiar with end-user applications such as Office365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive is an advantage;
- Willingness to work fully on-site from our Medellin office
- Understanding of network fundamentals and willingness to learn cabling/switch configuration
