Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals; install and maintain Windows, macOS and basic Linux systems; troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN and email issues; assist with account access, onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, endpoint management, antivirus monitoring, and maintain documentation and ticket records.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with office productivity suites, email platforms, and collaboration tools.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Basic understanding of VPN connectivity and remote access troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Exposure to user account management and directory services.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms or device management tools.
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity practices and IT policies.
• Experience with IT asset management and documentation systems.
• Internship or project experience in IT support is an added advantage.
