Responsibilities:
- Respect project SLAs and KPI
- Application Monitoring
- Data Investigations / Corrections
- Apply Simple Configuration
- Perform Functional Analysis and Identify /Apply a workaround if required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both French and English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload
- Have an understanding of the software development life cycle
- Strong attention to detail
- A flexible approach to working hours
- The ability to work in a challenging environment

Academic Qualifications Required:
- Fresh graduates or with 1 / 2 Year of experience may apply
- BSc Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Computing or any related IT Degree
- BSc Accounting, Finance, Management and or any related Degree.
