We’re hiring for the Martech team at JustWatch, which is the combination of Marketing and Technology. We focus on building our own marketing automation tools that help our campaign managers, saving them time, automating their work and even offering them possibilities that the marketing world does not yet have. In addition, we also help other departments of the company also bringing them automation tools and facilitating their work, such as finance or sales.

We are looking for Junior to Mid-level Frontend Engineer to help us build our tools.

What we need from you:

• 2+ years of experience with any modern frontend framework, ideally TypeScript/Next.js. Your own projects count twice as much.
• A communicative mindset. Not only it’s important to talk with stakeholders and users, but also to integrate within the team.
• A strong understanding of interface design and UX. Focusing on simplicity and cleanliness, not necessarily pixel perfection.
• A hands-on mindset eager to solve problems and help your users.
• Good code quality. We don’t want perfect code, we want working code, but we need it to be maintainable.
• Awareness and understanding of multi-cultural environments.
• Fluent in English.

What you will be doing:

• Building and improving our new Business Dashboard (React, Next.js), which is the main tool that helps our campaign managers.
• Owning not only new features on the dashboard, but whole projects. Dealing with stakeholders and users at the same time.
• Supporting cross team projects, dealing with developers from other teams when necessary.
• Working directly with designers to find out the best UX and UI.
• Helping to make the team better with your ideas.
