Overall Purpose of Job:
Strengthening the day-to-day operation of KOSTAL Intercompany team.
Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:
- Be involved in day-to-day operations in the following process areas
- Intercompany invoice processing
- Intercompany service billing
- Post Intercompany journal entries on both sides
- Post Intercompany settlement
- Reconcile and report intercompany balances, eliminate differences
- Work with appropriate stakeholder for Intercompany transactions to resolve issues
- Ad hoc queries/report request
- Support in external audit request/queries
- Support in Manage balance confirmations
- Identify, evaluate and support in resolving issues (incl. process improvements)
- Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures as well as internal controls
- Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
- Ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis
Experiences and requirements:
- University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field
- 1-2 years accounting/finance operations role, ideally in SSC
- Experienced user of Excel (basic formulas and pivot)
- Experience in SAP R3 and S4/HANA is advantage
- Fluent in English
