Mission: As we continue to grow, we still have great challenges to meet in order to make the plurality and quality of our products known to as many people as possible in the US market. With this in mind, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting a Junior Influence Manager – US Market, on a fixed-term contract to support our end-of-year season.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Campaigns : Sending products, briefing, monitoring delivery, reporting

  • Campaign Performance Analysis : Monitoring, analyzing, and comparing the success and performance of our campaigns and activations (quantitative and qualitative)

  • Engaging with Opinion Leaders : Engaging and leading conversations with beauty experts, influencers, and bloggers

  • Competitive Analysis : Analyzing how our competitors are performing

  • Influence Marketing Best Practices : Continuously monitoring influence marketing best practices

  • Collaborative Sharing : Share your ideas, results with our international influence team

Outcomes :

  • Scale up our paid influence collaborations for Typology in the United States

  • Increase the ROI and the success rate of our influence collaborations

  • Increase brand awareness and strengthen brand image with relevant collaborations

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key influencers and partners

  • Develop creative communication campaigns to maximize brand awareness, brand love and revenues

Specific skills:

  • Analytics : knowledge of tracking, Web analytics and tools (CPM, ROI, audience measuring tools such as Google Analytics, ability to manage and keep track of a budget)

  • Growth mindset : has proven experience in scaling paid operations for the company or clients

  • Commercial & relational : Ability to negotiate contracts but also create a deep connection with key contacts

  • Creativity : ability to bring innovation to our influence campaigns with creative concepts and a solid knowledge of the US influencer marketing market and trends

Profil

  • min 1 year of experience with at least 6 months in influence management (internships included)

  • You have already managed paid operations with influencers in companies where performance is at the center of the influence strategy (either for a brand or in agencies), with a focus on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

  • You must be fluent in English and having an experience on the American market is a big plus

  • Excellent organizational, communication and analytical/reporting skills

  • Interest in the cosmetics or the beauty sector

Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with at least 6 months in influence management (internships included)
  • Experience managing paid influencer operations with a performance focus (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with tracking and web analytics tools (Google Analytics), CPM, ROI, audience measurement, and budget management
  • Proven experience scaling paid influence operations (growth mindset)
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with influencers and partners
  • Creativity and solid knowledge of the US influencer marketing market and trends
  • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and reporting skills
  • Interest in the cosmetics or beauty sector
  • Experience on the American market
