As a Junior IAM Advisor, you’ll support clients in shaping and implementing effective Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategies. You’ll help organizations become more cyber resilient by identifying potential risks and contributing to practical improvement plans: all while learning from experienced colleagues and growing your expertise.
What you'll do as a Junior IAM Advisor
Together with colleagues, advise clients on IAM solutions.
- Conduct interviews and research to perform gap analysis.
- Support preparations and deliver presentations on IAM solutions to stakeholders at various levels.
- Design processes, write and present advisory reports to customers regarding IAM solutions
- Develop roadmaps and guide clients in prioritizing and implementing IAM solutions (utilizing industry-leading technologies, such as SailPoint, Omada, Saviynt, Microsoft, CyberArk)
- Collaborate with client teams (IT, Security, HR) and internal colleagues (Technical Consultants, Sales, IT Operations) to define IAM needs and support integration efforts.
Furthermore, you will participate in the continuous improvement of our IAM services. You will stay up to date with IAM trends and work toward certifications (e.g., CISM, PSPO, Azure Security) with full support from us.

What you'll bring to the team
- Experience: Around 1–3 years in a consultancy or IT/security-related role. Some experience with writing and presenting advisory reports. Exposure to IAM or cybersecurity topics is a plus. Familiarity with standards such as ISO27001/2 and regulations like BIO, DORA or NIS2 is helpful.
- Skills: Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn. Experience with project work (agile or waterfall) is a bonus.
- Languages: Business proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Education/Certifications: A degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Interest in pursuing relevant certifications.
- Availability: Available for at least 32 hours per week and able to work from our Waardenburg office or client site 2-4 days a week.
- Driver's License: Valid EU driver’s license.
- Work Eligibility: You already live in the Netherlands or Belgium and hold a valid work visa.
