Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR experience within the real estate industry and will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and prepare candidate assessment reports.
- Support offer preparation, employment contracts, and pre-employment documentation.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare employee files and ensure all required documents are collected.
- Arrange induction and orientation programs for new hires.
- Coordinate with IT, Administration, and other departments for employee onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and electronic formats.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and probation tracking.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, including employment certificates, salary certificates, warning letters, and other employee correspondence.
- Update HR databases and ensure employee information remains accurate.
- Support visa, residency, and work permit documentation where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal documentation and follow-up activities.
Compliance
- Ensure HR documentation complies with Iraqi labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist during internal and external HR audits by preparing the required documentation.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain recruitment statistics, onboarding reports, leave reports, and employee movement reports.
- Monitor probation completion and contract renewal schedules.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee records management.
- Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
