Junior HR Generalist (Eastern and Southern Europe)

Location 🌍 Remote position open to candidates in Eastern and Southern Europe.
Contract Type ✍️  This position is open for candidates interested in employment in CZ, SK, UK or EE or as a Business-to-Business (B2B) contract position in countries in Europe. 

What will you do? 🔧

• Hiring: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, using AI tools for sourcing, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Onboarding: Own and execute a seamless and welcoming new hire onboarding process.
• Learning & Development: Assist with learning & development programs, including coordination, content creation, and tracking.
• HR Support: Maintain accurate HRIS records, provide administrative support, and help organize company events.

What we’re looking for 🎯

• 2+ years of experience in HR (recruitment, learning & development, HR admin, etc.)
• Genuine excitement for using AI and technology to improve HR processes.
• A core belief in serving others and a passion for supporting colleagues.
• A high level of proactivity, initiative, and complete ownership of your work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Resilience, resourcefulness, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
