As a Junior HR Business Partner at All Options, you will support the business as it transitions from an HR operations focus to effective, pragmatic business partnering. This role is designed for someone with 1–3 years of HR experience who is ready to broaden their scope, deepen stakeholder impact, and grow into a full HRBP position.
You will work closely with managers and senior HR colleagues in a fast-paced, international environment, supporting people-related topics across the employee lifecycle. As All Options continues to grow internationally - including our US expansion - you will help ensure HR practices remain scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for managers on day-to-day people- and performance topics.
- Support and progressively develop HR business partnering capabilities, moving from operational to advisory support.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and performance improvement plans.
- Apply Dutch labor law knowledge to advise on contracts, absence, employee relations, and performance cases.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting, dashboards, and HRIS optimization.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
- Support organizational growth and change initiatives, including international expansion where required.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships and proactively contribute ideas to improve HR ways of working.
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, ideally with a strong foundation in HR operations.
- Working knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Experience in a start-up, scale-up, or other fast-paced international environment.
- Exposure to or strong interest in HR business partnering.
- Strong organizational sensitivity; understands the impact of decisions across the business.
- High focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; connects easily with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
- Data-aware and interested in using insights to support decision-making.
- Experience or a strong interest in Learning & Development, facilitating group sessions or events, and contributing to engagement, culture, or people development initiatives is advantageous
