Job Description

• Support by taking responsibility on the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance.
• Participate in evaluating candidates’ competencies.
• Actively source candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work with local People & Culture representatives to maintain alignment in talent processes and policies.
• Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within our company.
• Contribute to employer branding activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal procedures in your area of responsibility.
