Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building products, solving problems, and continuously learning.
You’ll work closely with the CTO, Product team, and other engineers to build and improve software used by financial advisors every day.
This role combines hands-on development, product collaboration, and ownership of meaningful features and projects. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your technical skills, deepen your product understanding, and grow your impact over time.

We’re Likely a Great Fit If You…- Have 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Have experience in a startup, small-team, or entrepreneurial environment where ownership, initiative, and adaptability were expected (strongly preferred)
- Have shipped and maintained production software
- Have owned features from implementation through deployment
- Enjoy solving problems and taking ownership of outcomes
- Care about code quality, maintainability, and thoughtful engineering
- Use AI development tools as part of your workflow
- Communicate clearly and collaborate well with others
- Are comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies as needed
- Proactively look for ways to improve the product, team, and engineering practices
- Thrive in small teams where flexibility, initiative, and continuous learning are valued
- Salary range: $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience
