Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and document high-quality user interfaces for our core platform using modern React frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, modular, and scalable JavaScript and CSS code.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
- Contribute to UI/UX discussions and continuously advocate for best design and development practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure product stability and performance.
- Maintain and improve existing web components and architecture for scalability and maintainability.
Qualifications
- CS Degree or UI Certification with demonstrable experience
- 2–4 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React (including hooks and component-based architecture).
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS (e.g., Flexbox, Grid, pre/post-processors).
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git.
- Ability to write well-documented, reusable, and testable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills/Experience
- Experience building or maintaining single-page web applications (SPAs).
- Familiarity with Three.js or other WebGL/3D visualization libraries.
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Material UI, Tailwind).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for modern web applications.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows or front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
