Junior Financial Analyst
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, he/she should be responsible and accountable for analyzing the company’s revenues and expenses, forecasting financial performance, and managing budgets and business expenses.
Through detailed variance analysis and performance reporting, he/she will provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute all company commercial / financial reporting
- Ensure that all finance data (actual, historical, budgets) are correctly monitored by the Company’s financial IT systems
- Handle all issues regarding the sales / orders
- Assist in the preparation of all financial reports
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for top management to support strategic and operational decisions
Requirements
- University Degree in Finance/ Management
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- Excellent use of MS Office and especially Excel
- Familiar with SAP
- Approx. 3 years working experience in an organized Finance or Reporting department
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, experience working with data & KPIs and can easily produce reports (regular or ad hoc)
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Demonstrating attention to detail/Problem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner
