- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a relevant position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
