The Role:
The Havas Creative Finance team is looking for a Junior Finance Assistant, entry level to support our FP&A. A key part of the role will be working closely with our Finance Analysts.
Responsibilities:
Data validity checks against the data in our system and approved rates/roles
Timesheet chasing
Responsible for timesheet movements on our system, Pulse.
Resource set up
Ensure rate cards, rates and roles are up to date in the system.
Maintenance of the Pulse our estimating and billing tool is maintained and used appropriately.
Maintenance of data in Agresso, our finance system
Support the FP&A team with ad hoc analysis tasks.
Support the management accounts team with ad hoc analysis tasks.
