Job Title: Junior Finance Analyst
Work Location: Warsaw, hybrid (3 days in the office)
Type: Permanent
The Junior Finance Analyst supports the Client Account Finance Manager with month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for the Client, Account Management team, and JLL Corporate Finance Team.
Financial Operations & Month-End Close
- Prepare invoices and supporting documentation, manage the invoicing process, and perform payroll/disbursement cost analysis
- Complete month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, close AP/AR/GL ledgers, and prepare general ledger reconciliations and SOX Checklists
- Run unposted transactions reports, E1-PS interface uploads (ASC 606), review GL results, and escalate issues
System Management & Client Support
- Maintain E1 Chart of Accounts, support E1 company setups, and ensure bank accounts are funded and reconciled
- Develop client reporting tools, support client-side finance teams with queries, and coordinate communications with project stakeholders
- Identify change control processes, monitor compliance, and assist in enhancing the client delivery platform
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent, working towards ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification, with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance position. Facilities management finance experience is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Pivot), Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of PeopleSoft and JDE E1 Financials systems required. Business information tools experience advantageous.
Key Competencies: Excellent problem-solving with attention to detail, strong English communication skills, ability to manage multiple assignments in high-pressure environments, proactive "can-do" attitude, and positive solution-oriented approach.
