Are you interested in managing financial processes and ensuring accurate revenue tracking?
We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join our team, performing a support role in client billing, revenue monitoring, and financial process improvement. An organized, communicative, and proactive person willing to collaborate with different teams to ensure accurate financial operations, contributing to the growth of the entire Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!
A typical workday might include:
- Managing client billing processes in Brazil and the US subsidiary;
- Calculating and monitoring revenue and MRR, identifying and explaining variances;
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure accurate recognition of upsells, downsells, and churn;
- Supporting collection efforts for overdue accounts;
- Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and controls, including automation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or Engineering;
- Previous experience in finance—preferably in accounts receivable. This experience can come from an internship, a junior company, a temporary job, or a full-time position, as long as you've had practical exposure to financial processes.
- Experience or familiarity with the Tech Industry;
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, CONCATENATE, COUNTIF, PivotTable, PowerQuery);
- Familiarity with BI tools (Microsoft Power BI, Looker, Klipfolio, or similar);
- Language:
- Advanced/native Portuguese;
- Intermediate or higher English and/or Spanish.
Additional Qualifications:
- Completion of a technical course;
- Experience using Omie or any ERP;
- Experience with Stripe or other credit card payment tools;
- Experience using Slack, CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce), or customer support tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk).
