Your Role
You will join our People Team as an onsite Office Manager, bringing valuable impact on our whole Berlin office while fostering connection with our Global team! You will proactively maintain the office area, engage new and current employees, and promote a welcoming culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and service providers
- Managing care of the facilities, supervising and monitoring the work of office staff
- Fostering a productive work environment by managing resources, ordering office supplies, and overseeing the budget to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Planning and coordinating company events, celebrations, and other projects; collaborating with team members in other locations when globalizing events
- Maintaining and updating health and safety policies as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
- Identifying opportunities to enhance working conditions and streamline office processes
Your Profile
To succeed in this role you:
- Hold at least 1 year of relevant experience in event management, administration, or related fields.
- Have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess excellent communication skills and radiate a positive demeanor that fosters collaboration and engagement.
- Hold strong English skills; B1 level in German is strongly preferred
- Onsite presence is required
