We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Junior Event Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in the planning, execution, and evaluation of our event marketing initiatives, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement through impactful experiences. What you will do:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive event marketing strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of event objectives with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met and events are executed seamlessly.
  • Oversee the creation and production of event materials, including signage, promotional collateral, and digital assets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis, including ROI measurement and attendee feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software/tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
