What You’ll DoAssist with event planning, setup, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations
Support team supervision, coordinating staff and volunteers during events
Engage attendees to enhance their experience and communicate brand messages
Distribute promotional materials to increase engagement
Monitor event activities and resolve issues to maintain smooth operations
Collaborate on developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies
Outgoing, people-focused, and eager to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Passionate about event management, marketing, and brand promotions
Preferred (not required):
Experience in events, marketing, retail, or customer service
Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related fields
Paid training and hands-on experience in event management and promotions
Exposure to a variety of clients, industries, and event types
