Job Description

Le Pub is seeking a creative and strategic Junior digital PR to join us in Milan who will help us building ideas with earned potential. An opportunity to work with some of the most awarded creatives and clients in the world, within a new forward facing agency model that integrates data, creativity, and tech.

SKILLS

  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment among a fast-growing team across HQ and Network (Amsterdam-Milan-Rome, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Singapore) to support the creation of best-in-class digital PR strategies for our clients.
  • Demonstrates a deep knowledge of digital marketing & social media trends with nuanced knowledge across multiple markets.
  • Support the team on influencer marketing and digital PR strategies for our clients scouting new visibility opportunities.
  • Experience in sourcing and working with the right influencers/creators/talents identifying the right opportunities for clients and creative ideas. 
  • Collaborative work with the PR team and creative leads to help structure PR & digital PR proposals delivering excellent results.
  • Contributes to the creation and delivery of brilliant ideas and contents for distribution across digital channels.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to amplify the brand social and digital presence.
  • Relationship base with key stakeholders/ influencers / creators / talent agencies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in communications, digital PR and influencer marketing
  • Experience ideally gained in creative and digital PR agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude focused on finding new ways to solve problems 
  • English language fluency

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support for scouting of campaigns’ influencers, celebrities and KOLs - identifying ratio, reasons why and cultural pov.
  • Strategic keynote presentations, casting charts, frameworks, data sourcing.
  • Support PR team to update master and contact lists 
  • Knowledge in identifying the right social media platforms (ex: TikTok; Snapchat; Instagram; Twitch..) for specific client campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on digital trends, trend setting, cool hunting and relevant digital talents
  • Scouting the right opportunities where talents and influencers can be involved, focusing on cultural moments (concerts, festivals, fashion weeks, TV series launches, movie premieres) 
  • Be able to create report of campaigns tracking organic contents and digital profiles.
