What you can expect 

• Bring Magic to Life: Create and design assets, social media activations and inspiring online communication concepts for one of the biggest entertainment brands in the world.
• Craft unforgettable content: Support in content production for special events and key moments.
• Spark Ideas: Brainstorm, develop and push innovative designs and eye-catching visual concepts.
• Team up for impact: Collaborate with account managers, strategists, social media experts and clients in interdisciplinary project teams.

­­What we’d love to see 

• Design roots – a degree in Graphics/Design or a comparable creative background.
• Agency vibes – ideally 3+ years of experience in a social media agency or a similar creative playground.
• Creative sense – a strong feel for audience-oriented design, social-first campaigns, scroll-stopping content and bold advertising ideas.
• Tool mastery – excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & After Effects). Bonus if you bring Generative AI tools or Figma skills along.
• Passion & craft – you bring high creative standards, conceptual thinking and genuine love for design.
• Social native – TikTok is your second home, you’re fluent in digital culture and always spotting the next trend.
• Future-focused – innovative mindset, full of ideas, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong pulse on social trends & new tech.
• Collab spirit – a real team player with strong communication skills.
• Language skills – fluent in German; very good English is a plus.
