- Understand Develop, Test/Debug and Support based on business needs and defined projects.
- Capabilities not restricting to documentation of automation processes and technical solutions clearly.
- When required, it will contribute to the problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging software on production and non-production environments.
- May provide 24-hour support through participation in the Developer On-Call rotation (may require assistance from others depending on knowledge and experience).
- Will also be available for providing after-hours, weekend, and holiday production support when called upon
- Possess the aptitude and the willingness to learn and grow design, architecture, complex problem solving and complex programming skills.
- Will use and develop time management skills in order to deliver work to agreed timescales.
- Will present the ability to work on multiple priorities and projects, seeking guidance where relevant.
- Work with more senior specialists and management to ensure stakeholders receive timely updates on deliverables.
- Will proactively keep managers and superiors informed about the status of their work, especially regarding risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
- Basic understanding of any programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C, C++, C#, .NET, VB, etc.
- Basic understanding of any tools (UiPath, power automate, power bi, MongoDB, tableau, snowflake, playwright, selenium, postman, etc.
