YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES- Analyze and configure applications that align with the overall architecture and the specific needs of clients
- Support and maintain up-to-date client versions
- Participate in installation, training, and needs analysis activities at client sites
- Provide outstanding customer support
- Deliver high-quality training sessions
- Knowledge of computer science, software engineering, or in an appropriate field
- Up to 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of Windows®, relational databases, and object-oriented concepts (C++)
- Ability to communicate in French and English (spoken and written)
- Availability to travel internationally
