This role offers the opportunity to engage with an extensive data set and work with clients across many industries. This will allow you to develop an extensive knowledge base in the digital ecosystem. A Junior Data Consultant will be transforming quantitative data into an appealing and digestible story, with simple and precise data visualisations.

On typical day:

  • Side projects/Innovation: Constantly suggest ways to improve our methodology or its application, and deliver projects based on these suggestions.
  • Being part of the Professional Services team, you will be operating in a consultancy type model with a billability target to meet.

Examples of analyses we provide for our clients:

  • Product page analysis.
  • Answer to specific business questions, like “Why is the drop off in my cart so high?”
  • Checkout funnel analysis
  • A/B test analysis
  • Benchmark services

Main objectives of the position:

  • Identify UX problems on websites and mobile applications using quantitative data.
  • Generate actionable insights from the analysis.
  • Liaise with UX Designers to find relevant recommendations.

What you’ll need to Succeed:

  • Experience working with numbers and data (e.g. databases, Excel, statistics, data visualization) (internships included)
  • Experience presenting data to clients (ideally) or internal teams: you have skills in storytelling and you know how to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • A degree in Business / Digital Marketing / Engineering / Statistics / Data Science or equivalent is a plus
  • You are business oriented and you like to have a consulting approach with clients.
  • Strong interest in the digital ecosystem: business models, analytics, acquisition, ecommerce strategies.
  • Experience in one of the following programming languages: SQL, Python, or other data exploration language. If not, strong, evidence-based interest in learning technical skills.
  • Oral and written fluency in additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, Italian and German will be an added advantage.
