ISS STOXX is growing! We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support our Market Intelligence BrightScope Data Analyst Team.
BrightScope is a leading provider of retirement plans, sales, and distribution data for the institutional investment and retirement markets. As part of ISS Market Intelligence, BrightScope delivers high‑quality market intelligence and analytics that enable asset managers, wealth managers, and retirement-focused financial firms to identify, target, and retain clients more effectively.

Responsibilities
Collect input data while ensuring accuracy and consistency in routinary data entry tasks.
Collect and classify information from several financial documents and regulatory filings based on established methodologies.
integrate and organize data from source documents related to investment vehicles such as Mutual Funds, ETFs, Pooled Separate Accounts, and Collective Trusts.
Research, gather and update data related to individuals and firms in the financial services industry.
Actively participate in committees, projects, and initiatives beyond core responsibilities as needed.
Communicate progress, potential issues, and risks related to operations in a timely and effective manner.
When assigned, ensure that all relevant databases are regularly updated and maintained to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain appropriate paper and electronic records in accordance with ISS and client file retention policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or any closely related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
Technologically adept, fast learner, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas and processes with ease.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; can thrive in a cross-border or multi-cultural work environment.
Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage a variety of changing tasks when assigned by the manager throughout the workday
Ability to work under pressure and a rigorous set of performance metrics.
Flexible and open to working both traditional and non-traditional hours as business needs require.
Work Location & Schedule:
Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent day shift schedule (10am – 7pm, Manila Time)
Amenable to go on a 2-6 months onsite training prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.
Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days' work onsite per week)
