Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for someone who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:

JUNIOR CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing professional and courteous support to B2B and B2C customers via phone on daily matters.

• Consulting customers and resolving issues via email correspondence (both B2B and B2C segments).

• Supporting fuel station employees by helping to promptly resolve current situations.

• Collaborating with the sales team – exchanging information and providing timely support via phone and email.

• Communicating effectively with internal company departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Entering and processing data in customer service systems.

Main Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service (considered an advantage).

• Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in Latvian; fluency in English is an advantage.

• Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc.).

• Accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively solve problem situations.

• Ability to work in shifts (08:00-18:00), fully from the office.
