On behalf of our Client an important pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a motivated and passionate Junior CRM Specialist.
The successful candidate will be involved in the management and optimization of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities, with the aim of improving customer relationships, and supporting the team in achieving business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the company’s CRM and support in configuring new workflows and processes.
- Analyzing performance data and generating reports for the team.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure proper CRM usage.
- Supporting the implementation of optimization strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Training and supporting internal users on how to use the CRM effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience, even brief, with any CRM system (e.g., Veeva, OCE, Salesforce, etc.).
- Understanding of the core logic and functionalities of CRMs, including data management, automation, and segmentation.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret reports to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM integrations or connectivity with other business software.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools like powerbi,..
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
