Job Description
We’re seeking a Junior CRM Manager to elevate customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns, driving immediate impact on our global customer base. Responsibilities
- Design impactful campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels, delivering personalized experiences that engage millions of travellers worldwide.
- Analyze customer behaviour to uncover trends and opportunities, using data-driven insights to improve engagement and retention.
- Optimize the customer experience through A/B testing and segmentation, ensuring every message resonates with the right audience.
- Drive performance tracking, monitoring key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to refine strategies and achieve results.
- Master CRM tools like Braze, making sure campaigns run smoothly and solving system challenges with confidence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and external partners to bring innovative ideas to life and maximize impact.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally in travel, tech, or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze) and basic HTML skills to tweak templates and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, balancing multiple projects with ease.
- Self-starter attitude, eager to take ownership of processes and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
