Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Creative to join our Creative team. This role will support the Lead Creative in executing the brand's vision through innovative design and storytelling. The ideal candidate will possess design experience and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual representations, supporting the team in bringing the brand’s creative vision to life across various formats. This role is part of the in-house Agency team, which includes creative, production, photography, video, and styling departments. Together, they collaborate to bring creative visions to life, ensuring the final product aligns with our brand identity and community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and designing visual content such as imagery mockups, video storyboards, and billboard mockups. Develop creative concepts and visual executions that are both exciting and compelling, delivering high-quality assets for various campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Lead Creative to create engaging campaign decks and presentations. Support Creative Producers in developing engaging and persuasive creative decks for campaign shoots.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas aligned with brand strategy.
- Support the development and execution of marketing and product campaigns.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned with the brand’s aesthetics and objectives.
- Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Production teams to facilitate project completion. Ensure creative work aligns with the brand’s DNA, messaging, and creative direction.
- Work closely with the internal post-production team, creatively overseeing post-production processes, including selects, retouching notes, and final image crops across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team. Conduct trend research, source references, and create moodboards to support creative development and visual direction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative design or a related creative field with a strong focus on visual storytelling.
- A passion for design, with a strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, and compositon.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
- Familiarity with branding and marketing principles.
- Knowledge and interest in makeup and beauty, with an eye for detail and style.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
