Role Description
The Junior Corporate Consultant supports clients with company set-up, licensing, immigration, banking, compliance, and corporate administration across UAE mainland and free zone jurisdictions. The role coordinates with government authorities, free zones, banks, and service providers to ensure efficient business set-up execution, regulatory compliance, and smooth delivery of corporate services.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage business set-up projects from incorporation through licensing, immigration, and bank account opening
• Coordinate with UAE free zones and mainland authorities, including DET, ADDED, DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, JAFZA, DAFZA, ADGM, DIFC, and others
• Process and track immigration applications, permits, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Support corporate compliance processes, including KYC and AML documentation
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, banks, and external service providers
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of applications and filings
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business, Finance, Legal or related.
- Experience: 2 years minimum as Business and Immigration Consultant in the UAE
- Language: Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), understand CRM
- Attitude: Professional, polite, resourceful, open-minded, detail-oriented, team player
Preferred Experience
- Certified in Compliance or Governance (ICA, ACAMS)
- Experience as Corporate Secretary
- Experience with Foundations, SPVs, Cell Companies (DIFC, ADGM, RAKICC)
- Valid UAE Driving License with own car
- Arabic speaking is a plus
